A LITTLE SOMETHING...

Greetings! A little something from me to you. I'm a mother of two beautiful children. I love sharing stories and adventures from wherever I am in the globe and trying out natural or organic ingredients for beauty treats. Being active is part of me and I had tried few forms of martial arts and different types of dances in the past. Will sweat in the gym whenever i have the time and I love joining lively sports events! I discovered pilates 5 years ago. That was when i thought i felt a lot of difference in my body. I realized that as i am getting older, I needed something that could strengthen my body without straining my joints and muscles. Something that could help me in the long run. Eventually, I believe pilates is the best choice for me. I am certified in STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer and also the TRX Suspension Trainer. Besides that, I am also trained in prenatal/postnatal and injuries for special population under STOTT and attained my first aid CPR + AED as well. As I share my passion with you, I enjoy creating lively sessions with some colourful twist to the modern matwork pilates. I believe in having small group classes do help to focus on every individual better (not forgetting with extra equipment and props!) Let me provide you the ultimate fitness experience you will ever have. A little something for your lifestyle ;)
